Chunky Bib Scarf
For this pattern I used a L hook and Loops and Threads chunky yarn.
This pattern works up very quickly. Which is always an added bonus. I've already gotten quite a few compliments on mine.
Round 1: Magic circle, ch4, 1dc in magic circle, ch3, turn (tighten magic circle)
Round 2: (working in space, 2dc,1ch,2dc) 1dc in last stitch. ch4, turn
Round 3: 1dc in first stitch, (working in space, 2dc,1ch, 2dc) in last stitch 1dc, ch1, 1dc, ch3, turn
Round 4: working in space 1dc, ch1,2dc, (in next space, 2dc,ch1,2dc repeat to end) ch4, turn
Repeat round 3 and 4
Round 7: Repeat round 3 but instead of chaining 3 ch27, join with sl st to make a circle to first ch 4
Round 8: sl st to space then ch3,dc,ch1,2dc, in next spaces work 2dc, ch1, 2dc until you get to the chain 27, sk 3 ch, work 2dc, ch1, 2dc in 4th chain, repeat until the end, should have 3 chains left skip and join to first ch 3
Round 9-15: Repeat round 8
Finish off and cut 18 long stands and attach using two strands together.
You can see where I attached mine in the picture above.
